How [C]many [F]of your [C]skies are blue?
[F]How much of your love is [C]true?
[F]Where to get them eyes of [C]green?
I'm knowin' you know just what I [G]mean
If I [C]have to [F]go I [C]won't be long
[F]maybe we'll move to Tennes[C]see
[F]leave these Texas blues be[C]hind
see Susanna and [G]Guy
-Instrumental-

I’ll Be Here In The Morning (Townes Van Zandt)
via Andrew
Chords Used: C-F-G7-F-Am
G7: 3-2-0-0-0-1
Capo 4
[C]There's no stronger wind than the one that blows down [F]lonesome railroad [C]lines
No prettier sight than lookin' back at a [G7]town you left behind
But there's [C]nothin' that's as real as the [F]love that's in my [C]mind.
[G7]Close your eyes I'll be here in the [F]mornin'
[G7]Close your eyes I'll [F]be here for [Am]awhile. [G7]
There's [C]lots of things along the road I'd [F]surely like to [C]see
I'd like to lean into the wind and [G7]tell myself I'm free
But your [C]softest whispers louder than the [F]highway's call to [C]me
[G7]Close your eyes I'll be here in the [F]mornin'
[G7]Close your eyes I'll [F]be here for [Am]awhile. [G7]
All the [C]mountains and the rivers and the [F]valleys can't com[C]pare
To your bluely dancin' eyes and [G7]yellow shinin' hair
I could [C]never hit the open road and [F]leave you lyin' [C]there
[G7]Close your eyes I'll be here in the [F]mornin'
[G7]Close your eyes I'll [F]be here for [Am]awhile. [G7]
Aw [C]lay your head back easy love and [F]close your cryin' [C]eyes
I'll be layin' here beside you when the [G7]sun comes on the rise
And I'll [C]stay as long as the cuckoo wails and the [F]lonesome blue jay [C]cries.
[G7]Close your eyes I'll be here in the [F]mornin'
[G7]Close your eyes I'll [F]be here for [Am]awhile. [G7]

Waiting Round To Die (Townes Van Zandt)
Submitted by Minh
The lyrics on the second to last verse are a little different, and I think the 4th capo sounds right for this version. Unfortunately my ears may be big, but they don't have perfect pitch, so I could be wrong.
Chords used: Am-Dm-E
Capo 4th Fret
[Am]Well sometimes I don't know where this dirty [Dm]road is taking me
Some[Am]times I can't even see the reason [E]why
I [Am]guess I keep on gamblin', lots of [Dm]booze and lots of ramblin'
It's [Am]easier than just a-[E]waitin' 'round to [Am]die
[Am]One-time friends I had a ma, I [Dm]even had a pa
He [Am]beat her with a belt once cause she [E]cried
She [Am]told him to take care of me, she headed [Dm]down to Tennessee
It's [Am]easier than just a-[E]waitin' 'round to [Am]die
[Am]I came of age and found a girl in a [Dm]Tuscaloosa bar
She [Am]cleaned me out and hit it on the [E]sly
I [Am]tried to kill the pain, I bought some [Dm]booze and hopped a train
Seemed [Am]easier than just a-[E]waitin' 'round to [Am]die
[Am]A friend said he knew where some [Dm]easy money was
We [Am]robbed a man and brother did we [E]fly
The [Am]posse caught up with me, drug me [Dm]back to Muskogee
It's [Am]two long years, just a-[E]waitin' 'round to [Am]die
[Am]Now I'm out of prison, I got [Dm]me a friend at last
He [Am]don't drink or steal or cheat or [E]lie
His [Am]name's codine, he's the [Dm]nicest thing I've seen
To[Am]gether we're gonna [E]wait around to [Am]die
[Am]Well together we’re gonna [E]wait around… [Am]

Dead Flowers (Townes Van Zandt version)
submitted by Minh
He misses one of the lines (on purpose?), but it's still a great performance. (Note: cover of a Rolling Stones song.)
Chords used: G-F-C
Intro: G F C
[C]Well, when you’re sitting [G]there
In your [F]silk upholstered [C]chair
Talking to some [G]rich folks that you [F]know [C]
Well I hope you won’t see [G]me
In my [F]ragged compa[C]ny
You [C]know I could [G]never be a[F]lone [C]
Take me [G]down little susie, take me [C]down
[G]I know you think you’re the queen of the under[C]ground
And you can [F]send me dead flowers every mor[C]ning
[F]Send me dead flowers by the [C]mail
[F]Send me dead flowers to my wedd[C]ing
And I [C]won’t forget to put [G]roses on your [F]grave [C]
[C]Well, when you’re sitting [G]back
In your [F]rose pink cadi[C]llac
Making bets on [G]kentucky derby [F]day [C]
I’ll be in my basement [G]room
With a [F]needle and a [C]spoon
And [C]another girl to [G]take my pain [F]away [C]
Take me [G]down little susie, take me [C]down
[G]I know you think you’re the queen of the under[C]ground
And you can [F]send me dead flowers every morn[C]ing
[F]Send me dead flowers by the [C]mail
[F]Send me dead flowers to my wedd[C]ing
